The South Park Facility located in the South Seattle Industrial area, provides close proximity to the local marine terminals and major freeways serving the port. This 6 acre facility offers a 20,000 square foot Custom's bonded warehouse with 40 truck doors and a 6,000 square foot outside covered storage area. Lumber, steel and refrigerated cargo are some of the products moved through this terminal. South Park provides a fast turn around for trucks delivering and/or receiving cargo in the Seattle port area.
