This facility handles products such as bentonite clay, pressboard, refrigerated cargo, flatracks, and overdimensional cargo. The 12,500 square foot warehouse is located just south of MacMillan-Piper's headquarters, and is roughly a mile from the steamship line terminals serving the Port of Seattle. The warehouse has 16 truck doors, spots for 10 railcars, reciprocal switching and is served by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
